- My stay at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I entered, the warm and welcoming ambiance set the tone for a delightful experience. The staff's attentiveness and genuine hospitality were evident at every interaction, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The room was impeccably clean, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the amenities one could desire. Every detail, from the tasteful decor to the prompt room service, contributed to an outstanding hotel experience that I will fondly remember.

Cons -
- These guys denied me entry even though I had booking confirmation from booking.com. They stated that they never provided any confirmation to booking.com and there are no rooms available. After a hour they called me and told that they have room but I have to pay additional charges. Really pathetic!!I'm very reluctant to book through booking.com any more
- There's an issue with the daily refilling of tea, coffee, sugar, and Amul pouches. Unfortunately, the reception and room service staff explained that the lapses were due to a shortage of supplies. This shortfall negatively impacted the overall experience, as the promised amenities were not consistently replenished. Such inconsistencies in service delivery were disappointing and need improvement to ensure a more satisfactory stay for guests.
- This hotel has the most disrespectful and unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. And here comes the worst part, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with his behaviour he has the audacity to say we don't want such customers in our hotel.
